PURPOSE: A structure for assembling a sunroof frame into a head lining of a vehicle is provided to simplify the assembling structure and reduce the number of required parts by directly fixing the sunroof frame with an end of the head lining, wherein the appearance is improved by uniformly maintaining a mounting position of the head lining and the manufacturing cost is reduced by removing the dual lock fastener, a bracket and the like. CONSTITUTION: A structure for assembling a sunroof frame into a head lining of a vehicle includes a contact surface(41) formed at an end of the head lining(40) by folding toward the sunroof frame(18), so that a bottom surface of the contact surface contacts an end of the sunroof frame to be fixed together facing each other by welding, wherein in order to directly fix the sunroof frame and the head lining together, a mounting position of the head lining is maintained uniformly.
