PURPOSE: Provided is a globe having a plurality of and luminous diodes and optical fibers, which is effective for finding place names or specific locations promptly and easily and promotes efficacies of education, touring guide and business by concentrating ones attention thereto. CONSTITUTION: The globe comprises a spherical body(10), a support frame(20) supporting the body rotatively, a stand(30) fixing the support frame, a plurality of selective switches(40) arranged on the stand for setting each place name, a transmitting device(50) included in the stand to be electrically connected to the switches, a receiving device(60) built in the body for sensing the signal from the transmitting device, a plurality of luminous diodes(70) electrically connected to the receiving device and turned on and off respectively by the selective switch having same place name, a place name indicating hole perforated on the each place name drawn on the body, and a plurality of optical fibers(80) of which one end is inserted into the name indicating hole and the other end is connected to the each diode.
