PURPOSE: A door beam structure of a vehicle receives external impact with a beam, a door inner panel and a side outer panel, as an integral body, on the occurrence of an impact on the side of the door of a vehicle, thereby preventing the driver and passengers of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: The gap between a door inner panel(30) and a door outer panel(38) is wide enough for a beam(40) to be attached on a bent portion(34) of the door inner panel. The length of a bracket(44) is made to be short such that the beam is joined with the bracket and both ends of the bracket are welded on the door inner panel. Impact absorbing structures(a,b) are formed for the beam, door inner panel and door outer panel to receive force as an integral body on the side collision of a vehicle.
