PURPOSE: A mounting device for a hoop wrapping skid is provided to safely transfer a hoop coil to an upper portion of a wrapping skid in vertical wrapping of the hoop coil. CONSTITUTION: A skid is mounted in a horizontal state of upper and lower bases(40,30) in centering upon a coil hanger(60). By pushing an operation button, a cylinder is elongated for a combining block of a link to engage with the skid. Thus, the skid is fixed to a stopper by the combining block. Cylinders(32) on sides of the lower base are elongated for the upper base to be in orthogonal state with the lower base. Herein, a groove(13) of a rotating reel(10) is in an identified line with the coil hanger. By pushing a down button, a cylinder(63) is elongated for lowering a vertical transfer block(61). Herein, the coil hanger in the vertical transfer block is lowered for a lowering sensor(68) to detect a detect bar(67). Then, a progressing button of the coil hanger is pushed for reducing a cylinder(70). Therefore, the coil hanger is inserted between an inner circumference of a hoop coil(100) and the groove. Moreover, the hoop coil is separated from the rotating reel with the coil hanger. The coil hanger is placed in the lower base in the horizontal state. Then, a band is inserted to a band insert groove for bending the hoop coil and the skid.
