METHOD FOR PREPARING METAL PLATE LAMINATED WITH HOT MELT TYPED HIGH INTENSITY OF ILLUMINATION REFLECTION FILM

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a metal plate laminated with hot melt typed high intensity of illumination reflection film is provided which reduces the manufacturing process and manufacturing unit cost and improves the workability. The metal plate laminated with hot melt typed high intensity of illumination reflection film has good physical properties such as high reflection rate, hatching property of the surface, corrosion-resistance and scratch-resistance. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) roll-coating white primer paint(4) having a high molecular weight of linear polyester resin as a main resin on a metal plate; (ii) heating and drying the white primer paint coated metal plate in the step (i); (iii) preparing a hot melt typed high intensity of illumination reflection film which has reflectability on its rear side by vacuum depositing silver or aluminum at higher temperature than a melting point and then heat activation adhesion treating(5) the bottom side of the silver or the aluminum deposited layer(6); and (iv) simply roll-compressing the heat adhesion treated side(5) of the hot melt typed high illumination reflection film on the white primer paint coated metal plate to adhere them.
