PURPOSE: The tool use increases the physical strength for tension and compression with the construction of the tool for pivoting bars and the tension and compression spring and stop devices. CONSTITUTION: Two hand bars(10) are hinged to pivot at an end and respective slide units, the first slide being the unit and the 2nd slide being the unit(30), freely moves on the bars, and a respective tube unit has a spring(42) having a tension stop(46) and a compression stop(44) at both ends, the elasticity of the spring limited by the socket(48). A connection tube for free rotation from the slide on the axle with a nut and supporting the socket(48), and a cross push bar(60) is received in the respective pipe to be supported by the unit with a bolt(102) and fixed by a fixture(100) and has a support(64) in the unit for free rotation from the unit(30) with the bolt axle(62) and a nut(64). The push bar(60) with its support unit(64) selects the tensility support and compression support(44) with rotation of the reception tube and moves within the space of 461-441 units. The slide units move on the respective hand bars(10) having connection holes(11) passing pins with the pin holes(24, 34) to have the unit at arbitrary points.
