POLYHEXAMETHYLENEGUANIDINE PHOSPHATE POWDER, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND ANTIBACTERIAL RESIN CONTAINING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A polyhexamethyleneguanidine phosphate powder is provided, which is applied for various synthetic resins as an antibacterial agent and has excellent antibacterial activity. And a preparation method thereof and an antibacterial resin containing the same are provided. CONSTITUTION: The polyhexamethyleneguanidine phosphate powder is prepared by: (i) preheating polyhexamethyleneguanidine phosphate antibacterial liquid, which has a molecular weight of more than 1,000 and is represented by the following formula (1), wherein m is an integer of 4-7 and n is an integer of 1-14; (ii) putting the preheated polyhexamethyleneguanidine phosphate antibacterial liquid in a spray drier with keeping a temperature of chamber to 90-110 deg.C and rotating a high speed rotating plate at a speed of 18,000-25,000 revolutions per minute. The antibacterial resin is composed of 0.07-1.2 wt.% of the polyhexamethyleneguanidine phosphate powder or a master batch, which is prepared by adding 3-20 wt.% of the polyhexamethyleneguanidine phosphate powder to a polypropylene pellet or a polyethylene pellet, and the balance of a synthetic resin.
