PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for forming dumpling composed of a dough surface and the stuffing that includes a plurality of forming devices geared with each other by operating only one forming device, which has a simplified structure to be maintained and repaired easily. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an operation part(10) having a fixing plate with a power source(P) at the bottom, a cam part(12) therein to be connected with the power source and rotated and a rotary plate(16) with a turning groove(14) at the outside of the cam part, a power transmission part(20) having an operation rod(28) fixed by a connecting axis and reciprocated between guide brackets(25) by a first link(22) of which one end is fixed to the fixing plate, central part is hinged by a turning axis come into the turning groove and other end is hinged to one end of a second link(24) and the second link, a housing frame(30) placed on the top of a setting plate(31) fixed at one end of the fixing plate and composed of an elongate hole formed at the one side where the connecting axis is inserted, a setting rib(34) with a vent(33) at the inner central bottom face and a plurality of different side length of insertion grooves formed at the top inner circumference of the rib, and a forming part(40) composed of a plurality of forming devices inserted into the insertion grooves to be contacted and become narrow and widen from each other by the face contact by one forming device connected to the connecting axis.
