PURPOSE: A data coincident method between a VLR(Visitor Location Register) and an HLR(Home Location Register) of a mobile communication network is provided to receive a normal communication service by selectively performing a re-location register of a subscriber of an abnormal primary HLR to a secondary HLR in a VLR and coinciding with location information of a mobile communication subscriber between secondary HLRs in the VLR. CONSTITUTION: An AP(Application Part) of an MSC/VLR adds a certain attribute for storing a signal point of an HLR in a subscriber database. A primary HLR stores a signal point of a primary HLR in a database of a subscriber stored in a VLR. A switching is generated to the secondary HLR when performing an abnormal state of the primary HLR or a link inactivation of the primary HLR, and a secondary HLR transmits a URDD(Unreliable Roamer Data Directive) message to the MSC/VLR. The MSC/VLR receives the URDD message, searches a signal point database of an SCCP(Signaling Connection Control Part) using the signal point of the HLR, and extracts the signal point of the primary HLR and the secondary HLR. A confirm flag(D_CONFIRM_FLAG) is changed into a true for informing that a re-location register is needed to a subscriber having a signal point to be coincided with the signal point of the primary HLR and the secondary HLR in the database of the subscriber stored in the MSC/VLR. Instructions are successively transmitted to a base station for changing system parameters of the base station to compulsorily perform a location register of subscribers for roaming to the base station. All subscribers of the base station for receiving the instructions transmit a location register message to the base station. The transmitted message is transmitted to the MSC/VLR. The MSC/VLR receives the location register message performs a location register of a subscriber set as a not-HLR confirm(NOT-HLR-CONFIRM) to the second HLR and neglects the location register message of residual subscribers.
