PURPOSE: A method for controlling an approach authority of a user in an access authority control system is provided to control the access authority of users belonging to several organizations by generating and storing management information, and by referring to the management information stored in case that the users are accessed. CONSTITUTION: In case that a user accesses to a menu, it is confirmed whether the menu is included in a service which the user joins(301). In case that the menu exists, it is judged whether the menu is included in what sort of menu groups. In addition, a value of a menu group open policy of menu group tree information is checked(302). In case that the value is "0", the menu is opened to the public(303). An accessible value relevant to a menu group ID and a user ID of the user is checked(304). In case that the value is "1", the user couldn't access to the menu(305). In case that a search for the value is failed, an accessible value relevant to the menu group ID and a company ID of the user is checked(306). An accessible value relevant to the menu group ID and a company type to which the user belongs is checked(307). It is confirmed whether the menu group ID is the uppermost menu group ID(308). In case of the uppermost menu group ID, it is determined whether the user is permitted to access to the menu(309). In case that the ID isn't the uppermost menu group ID, an object of the menu group is changed(310).
