PURPOSE: A vehicle door regulating handle is provided to conveniently separate a snap ring coupled with a regulator handle shaft from the regulator handle shaft by a snap ring disassembling unit for easily separating a regulator handle from the regulator handle shaft, thereby improving the workability. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle door regulating handle including a grasping part(110) to be grasped by a passenger, a handle shaft coupling part(130) coupled at an end of a regulator handle shaft(200) via a snap ring(500), and a main body part(120) for connecting the handle shaft coupling part to the grasping part integrally, for opening or closing a window glass by a window regulator, further includes a snap ring disassembling unit(600) for separating the snap ring from the regulator handle shaft and having a manipulation rod element(610), a snap ring operating element(620) and a power transmission belt element(630).
