PURPOSE: A flexible fireproof sheet is provided which could be constructed on a curved surface as well as a smooth surface such as wall sides of a building, steel frame construction, the ceiling and the like and gives a fireproof property to the adhered side when the fire occurs. CONSTITUTION: The flexible fireproof sheet comprises: (i) a flexible base sheet(10); and (ii) a foaming fireproof paint layer(20) which is coated on one side of the base sheet and has a flexibility. The flexible fireproof sheet optionally comprises an adhesive layer(30) and an inside paper(40). The flexible base sheet is a thin film glass sheet, an asbestos sheet, a sepiolite sheet, a paper sheet or a polymer sheet, and it contains more than one kind of resin selected from the group consisting of polyvinylacetate resin, melamine resin, polyvinyl alcohol resin, ethylene vinyl acetate resin, phenol resin, epoxy resin and urethane resin.
