PURPOSE: A cup holder is provided to selectively lock a tray in a housing and to reduce a manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A guiding piece(20) having an inserting portion(21) is protruded in an inserting groove(1 ) inside a housing(1). A supporting piece(22) is protruded in the inserting groove(1 ). A supporting rod(23) is formed in a tray(2) to be selectively restricted in the supporting piece(22). A guiding protrusion(24) is formed in the guiding piece(20). The guiding rod(23) is inserted inside the guiding piece(20), restricted through the guiding piece(22) and moved downward by the guiding protrusion(24). A guiding pipe is formed in a housing(1) and a spring is formed therein. A pressure bar is formed in the tray(2) corresponding to the guiding pipe.
