WIPER DEVICE FOR REMOVING COOLING OIL OF STRIP SURFACE

PURPOSE: A wiper device for removing cooling oil of the strip surface is provided to prolong life of the wiper and improve working efficiency by manufacturing wiper blades in a cross type. CONSTITUTION: A wiper device for removing cooling oil of the strip surface includes two wiper blades(2), two arms(3), an upper body(9), a horizontally movable part and a vertically movable part. The wiper blades have a wiper rubber(6) at a lower surface and are overlapped each other at an end to and rotatably fixed on a wiper shaft(5). The arms have an end rotatably fixed to the other end of the wiper blades with a fixing pin and the other end overlapped each other and rotatably fixed on an arm shaft(8). The upper body is formed in a T-character shape and has holes formed at each edge for movably inserting the fixing pins. The horizontally movable part has a cylinder(4) having an end fixed on the upper body and the other end connected to the arm shaft. The vertically movable part is fixed at the upper body and the bottom of the horizontally movable part with the cylinder and moves the horizontally movable part to upper and lower parts of a strip(1) surface.
