PURPOSE: A device for automatically attaching or detaching a probe for a temperature measuring sampling device is provided to reduce a time period for mounting a probe for temperature sensing or sampling, thereby improving the temperature measuring and sampling workability in the bubbling procedure. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically attaching or detaching a probe for a temperature measuring sampling device includes a probe fixing part to put on a probe, a base part for supporting the fixing part, and a rotation part for rotating the probe fixing part as required, wherein the probe fixing part includes a buffering spring(58) for connecting the probe fixing part to a rotation shaft(53) in a grabe(54) having a probe fixing element(55) to hold a concave part of the probe, the base part includes a cylinder crank shaft(61) for supporting the grabe and a vertical base element(60), and the rotation part includes a limiter for sensing a rotating direction of the rotation shaft, a limit striker(57), and a rotation motor(50) for rotating the rotation shaft.
