PURPOSE: A device for preventing the introduction of lifting lug foreign substance of a ladle and removing the same is provided to reduce the working time period and working load for improving the workability and prevent the earlier loss of a trunnion or a bush for improving the lifespan while preventing safety accidents, by providing the impurity remover to a trunnion rotation shaft in the inner wall of the lifting lug. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing the introduction of lifting lug foreign substance of a ladle and removing the same includes a cylindrical housing(21) fixed on the side surface of the ladle(1), a cylindrical spring protection cover(23) fixed outside the housing, a metal removing plate(25) having a cylindrical body positioned in the spring protection cover and a surface facing the lifting lug, and a spring(27) fitted outside a trunnion(3) and positioned between the wall of the ladle and the ingot gold removing plate.
