A method capable of conducting an online survey over a network comprises the steps of transmitting a plurality of exemplary inquiries to a remote processing system by a survey Web server; allowing the remote processing system to manipulate the exemplary inquiries, thereby generating a document including at least one inquiry to be constructed; permitting the remote processing system to determine requirements on surveyees depending on contents of the document, to thereby at least one remote subscriber among a number of remote subscribers be selected as at least one surveyee; and persuading at least one surveyee to respond to the document. <IMAGE>
