In the present invention there are disclosed cloprostenol polymeric conjugates exhibiting protracted activity and consisting of a polymeric carrier containing 50 to 1000 monomeric units connected by a covalent bond to a polymeric chain, from which 60 to 98 percent are N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide units, 0 to 38 percent of the units are acrylic or methacrylic acid being present in the form of sodium salt thereof and 1 to 40 percent of the units are methacryloylated {alpha} or {epsilon} amino acids being selected from a group comprising {beta}-alanine, {gamma}.aminobutyric acid, {epsilon}-aminocaproic acid, alanine, glycine, leucine, phenylalanine or oligopeptides composed therefrom with cloprostenol terminally attached by chemical bond.
