MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ACRYL-BASED ARTIFICIAL MARBLE WITH WAVE/WOOD PATTERNS

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of acryl-based artificial marble with wave/wood patterns is provided to be capable of diversifying the patterns of the artificial marble by adding new type patterns to the patterns and shapes of existing artificial marbles. CONSTITUTION: First, liquid resins with at least two kinds of colors and densities are partially mixed through an injection hose(12) which has at least two liquid resin inlet ports(17,18) and single liquid resin outlet port and is horizontally swung, and then the mixture is supplied to a moving molding belt(14). Then, a rotator with a plurality of vanes is positioned in the internal center of the partially mixed liquid resin moved together with the belt. Next, the rotator is rotated to form the wave or wood patterns.
