FOOD WASTE TREATING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A food waste treating machine is provided which rapidly heats oil at certain temperature by using an electric heater and a burner, keeps the heated oil at high temperature for a long period of time without operating the electric and increases condensation efficiency of vapor generated from a drying tank. CONSTITUTION: The food waste treating machine comprises: oil chambers(22) which are formed on the side part and lower part of a drying tank(4); a heater insertion pipe(22a) which is installed on a heater checking port(101) formed on a base stand(1) in order to install an electric heater(23) on the inside of the oil chambers; and a condenser(17) which is slantly installed on the upper part of the drying tank.
