The invented alkali activated binding agent based on latently hydraulically active substances and intended for producing slurries, mortars and concretes setting at a temperature ranging from 15 to 95 degC is characterized in that it consists of 35 to 93 percent by weight of power-station pulverized flue ash having specific surface 100 to 600 me2/kg, 2 to 50 percent by weight of inorganic active substance being selected from the group comprising ground granulated blast furnace slag having specific surface within the range of about 200 to 600 me2/kg, and/or ground Portland cement clinker having specific surface within the range of about 200 to 600 me2/kg, and/or natural and/or artificial puzzolan and/or heat activated natural clay, and 5 to 15 percent by weight of an alkali activating reagent such as a mixture of sodium or potassium water glass and NaOH or KOH, expressed as weight percentages of Nai2O or Ki2O, in which the ratio of SiOi2/Nai2O or Ki2O = 0.4 to 1.0 and it optionally further contains up to 10 percent by weight of a mixed Portland cement, such as slag Portland cement or blast furnace cement.
|
