PURPOSE: A vehicle proportioning valve is provided to increase the durability of an O-ring and prevent the oil leakage in a brake tube connection part due to the oil pressure by inserting the O-ring into a groove formed on an inner peripheral surface of an end plug for preventing the oil flow toward a compression spring. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle proportioning valve includes an O-ring(17) mounted in a groove(18a) formed on an inner peripheral surface of an end plug(18) for preventing the oil flow from a left chamber(16) of a piston oil channel(12a) toward a compression spring(13), and an outlet port(22) for outflowing the oil passing through the piston partially, of which inner peripheral surface is formed in a "B"-shaped flare type.
