PURPOSE: An exhaust flow controlling apparatus of a clutch pack of an automatic transmission is provided to prevent fuel ratio from being reduced due to power loss and prevent durability from being lowered by maintaining inside flow of a retainer. CONSTITUTION: In a clutch pack of an automatic transmission including a plurality of clutch plates(16) and clutch disks(18) coupled with each other successively in the inside of a retainer(14), a piston(22) pressing the clutch plates and the clutch disks, and a plurality of exhaust ports(28) formed at the retainer, an exhaust flow controlling apparatus of the clutch pack of the automatic transmission includes a sliding rod(34) sliding traversing the exhaust port to change the open degree of the exhaust port, a pressing element(38) applying force to the sliding rod to be slid, and a return spring(36) coupled to the sliding rod to return the sliding rod when pressing force of the pressing element is decreased.
