PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring jamming effect is provided which compares laser tracking data with an actual position using GPS when a radar measures a false target due to jamming, to measure relative error of jamming effect. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring jamming effect includes a test equipment for measuring the position of a moving object, the first position calculating means for calculating a location signal of the point at which the test equipment is set, and the second position calculating means for calculating a location signal of the moving object. The apparatus further has a reference signal extracting means(35) for producing a reference signal using the outputs of the first and second position calculating means, and a tracking error display(45) for comparing the reference signal with a signal measured by the test equipment to calculate a tracking error in real time.
