摘要 PURPOSE: A heat exchanger for refrigeration cycle and method for manufacturing the same is provided, in which the refrigerant pipe penetrating heat exchange fin group is arranged in zigzag according to the air flow direction, to thereby improve heat exchange efficiency and overall performance of the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger(30) includes a heat exchange fin(31) having a pair of penetrating holes(34) for insertion of a refrigerant pipe(32), wherein the penetrating holes are formed eccentrically with respect to the center of the heat exchange fin. Penetrating holes formed at the adjacent upper and lower heat exchange fins are arranged to be staggered from each other. Refrigerant pipes(32) are arranged in zigzag in an air flow direction, penetrating through the penetrating holes, from the uppermost heat exchange fin group to the lowermost heat exchange fin group. Thus, the air flowing into the lower portion of the heat exchanger uniformly contacts the refrigerant pipe, rather than being by-passed to the side surface of the refrigerant pipe, to thereby improve heat exchange efficiency.
