CORD INSPECTING APPARATUS FOR PANEL FOR CATHODE RAYS PIPE AND THEREOF METHOD

PURPOSE: A cord inspecting apparatus for a panel for a cathode rays pipe and there of method is provided to judge the cord badness of the panel by using a film member and a power source. CONSTITUTION: A solution tank(12) is arranged at a support part(11), having a cylindrical shape. The both sides of solution tank(12) made of a transparent member(14), which is arranged depart from each other. A source of light(16) irradiates a light from the solution tank(12) to the transparent member(14). A film member(43) is arranged at between the source of light(16) and the transparent member(14). The film member(43) is crossly arranged to a light transmission band and a light interception band. A refractive solution accepts in the solution tank(12) to impregnate a panel(10). A ratio of refraction(A) of refractive solution is same with a ratio of refraction(B) of the panel(10). An auto-throwing device(20) is installed both sides to upper end of the solution tank(12) to throw a panel(10) into the solution tank(12).
