PURPOSE: Provided is a method for biologically analyzing dioxin in a convenient and simple way using cell line whose gene is well expressed without using radioactive element in a short time. CONSTITUTION: The method for biologically analyzing dioxin using cell line, HepG2 cell, whose gene is well expressed, is characterized by the next steps of: i) treating a sample with a cell line, HepG2 cell, having cytochrome p450 1A1 which is specifically expressed by dioxin; and ii) measuring the amount of expressed cytochrome p450 1A1 using antibody anti-cytochrome p450 1A1. The dioxin includes polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins (PCDDs), and polychlorinated dibenzo-furans (PCDFs). And 0.1-5nM of dioxin is effectively analyzed.
