PURPOSE: A horizontal continuous casting machine of alloy and metal matrix composite materials is provided to remove pores and gas flown into the liquid metal, remove alloy element segregation of alloy and segregation of strengthened particles in metal matrix composite materials, and manufacture high-quality alloy and equally-distributed metal matrix composite materials at low costs. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal continuous casting machine of alloy and metal matrix composite materials includes a primary electromagnet agitator(26) and a primary heater(28) installed on a horizontal continuous casting line from a liquid metal storage tub(22), a float separator(30) installed with a secondary heater(32) outside, a vibrator installed at the lower part of the secondary heater, and a secondary electromagnet agitator(40) installed outside a mold(36).
