APPARATUS FOR CLEANING AND MEASURING INNER DIAMETER OF LADLE NOZZLE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for cleaning and measuring inner diameter of a ladle nozzle is provided to accurately judge exchange time of a ladle by accurately measuring change in the inner diameter of the ladle nozzle simultaneously with cleaning the ladle nozzle. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for cleaning and measuring inner diameter of a ladle nozzle(2) includes a forward and backward cylinder fixed on one side of the top side of an installation stand on which a ladle(1) is put, an operational rod(200) connected to a front end of the forward and backward cylinder to be horizontally movable, a limit switch fixed at a front end of a touch bar(114) fixed to interwork with the operational rod to control forward and backward movement of the forward and backward cylinder for contacting with the outer shell of the ladle, and a detecting element fixed at the front of the operational rod for detecting the change in the inner diameter of the nozzle as pressure value.
