PURPOSE: A one shot rod for a hole opener and a drill bit adhered to the front of the rod are provided which reduce working load of an operator and improve safety by improving the one shot rod so that the tap hole is easily penetrated. CONSTITUTION: In a hollow type one shot rod which is mounted to a hole opener opening a tap hole of a blast furnace, and to one end of which a plurality of drill bits are adhered, the one shot rod for the hole opener comprises a first pipe having a relatively large diameter; and a second pipe having a relatively smaller diameter, wherein the second pipe is inserted into the first pipe on the same axis so that fluid can be penetrated into the hollow part of the second pipe and the hollow part between the first pipe and the second pipe. In a drill bit mounted to the front end of the hollow one shot rod that is mounted to a hole opener opening a tap hole of a blast furnace, a drill bit comprises two first drill bits (10a) having relatively long lengths; and two second drill bits (10b) having relatively short lengths, wherein the first and second drill bits (10a,10b) are alternately adhered, a nozzle is formed between the bits, the nozzle is connected to the hollow part of the one shot rod so that fluid can be circulated.
