PURPOSE:To obtain an oxide superconductive structural body having high critical temp. and improved strength and water resistance by producing an oxide superconductor from a multiple oxide material containing Cu oriented in the C-axis direction and supporting this superconductor with oxide ceramics. CONSTITUTION:Powders of Bi2O3, SrO, CaCO3 and CuO are combined and mixed in a desired proportion, calcined and formed to obtain a molding, which is then fired at 840-855 deg.C in an oxidizing atmosphere to obtain an oxide superconductor 1 having >=0.05mm thickness. Then oxide ceramic layers 2, 3 each having >=0.05mm thickness are adhesively bonded to both sides of this conductor 1, and diffusion layers 4, 5 as intermediate layers of <=0.5mm thickness comprising glass are provided in the interfaces of the conductor 1 and ceramics layers 2, 3 to reinforce adhesion. Thus, the oxide superconductive structure is obtd. |
