PURPOSE: An apparatus for repairing a partially-corroded part of a furnace wall is provided to accurately repair the partially-corroded part by dropping small amount of coating material at the accurate position of the partially-corroded part, thereby extending the life of the furnace wall of an electric furnace. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for repairing a partially-corroded part(44) of a furnace wall includes a repairing material loading box(1) formed in a square box, installing a stand for fixing the height(3) on one side of the bottom surface to be secured at a furnace projection(45), a stand for fixing the height(4) installed on the other side of the bottom surface to be secured at the top side of a roof(47), a repairing discharge port formed at the lower part of one side, a chute guide installed on the one side, and a rod guide(17) installed on the other side opposite to the one side; a chute(2) adhered closely to the one side of the repairing material loading box for forming a groove into which the chute guide is inserted to ascend and descend by own weight, having a repairing material inlet port formed at the upper part of the one side for flowing into repairing materials(46) discharged from the repairing material discharge port, a repairing material dropping port formed at the lower part of the other side opposite to the one side; and a rod part formed with a first rod(25) inserted into the groove of the top side of the chute to be ascended and descended inside the chute, a second rod(18) inserted into the rod guide to be ascended and descended inside the rod guide, a connection member axially-connected to first and second rods, and having a groove formed at the connection member to be moved by a crane. |
