MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF IDLE PULLEY FOR BELT TENSION CONTROL

PURPOSE: A mounting structure of an idle pulley is provided to improve the rigidity of a mounting bracket by reducing the number of longitudinal holes on the bracket and reduce noise due to the resonance of periphery parts. CONSTITUTION: A rotation supporting shaft for idle rotatably supporting an idle pulley(1) and a controlling screw(3) make the idle pulley movable to a mounting bracket(2) are formed coaxially. Thus, only one longitudinal hole(8) is needed on the mounting bracket. Therefore, the structural rigidity of the mounting bracket is reinforced, thereby reducing noise due to resonance.
