PURPOSE: A combination humidifier cooler/heater is provided to satisfy individual preference of a user by allowing the cooler/heater to be used as a portable personal device for cooling/heating. CONSTITUTION: A combination humidifier cooler/heater comprises a housing(100); a reservoir(110) for storage of coolant; a compressor(120) installed in the housing, and which compresses refrigerant into high temperature high pressure and transfers the refrigerant through a refrigerant pipe(121); a heat exchange chamber(130) having the refrigerant pipe positioned into the heat exchange chamber, and which is arranged to be communicated to the bottom of the reservoir so as to be fed with coolant from the reservoir; a pressure reduction unit connected to the refrigerant pipe so as to reduce the pressure of the refrigerant which is heat exchanged through the heat exchange chamber; a heat exchanger(140) having the refrigerant pipe one end of which is connected to the pressure reduction unit and the other end of which is connected to the compressor; a cross flow fan(150) arranged in front of the heat exchanger, and which supplies outdoor air into the heat exchanger; a driving motor for driving the cross flow fan; an air inlet opening(101) formed at the rear surface of the housing, and which allows ingress of outdoor air; a plurality of air outlet openings(108) formed at the front surface of the housing, and which discharges the heat exchanged air; and an ultrasonic oscillator(160) arranged at the front lower end of the housing and connected to the reservoir, and which generates ultrasonic wave to the coolant fed from the reservoir so as to spray fine water particles.
