摘要 |
PURPOSE: A transflective liquid crystal display is provided to improve a contrast ratio(C/R) by reducing a vertical distance between a reflection electrode and a pixel electrode. CONSTITUTION: A gate line(100) is formed along a horizontal direction, and a gate electrode(102) is formed by being projected from the gate line. A data line(110) is formed along a vertical direction, and a source electrode(112) is formed by being projected from the data line around the gate electrode. And, a drain electrode(114) is formed on a direction corresponding to the source electrode with the gate electrode at a center. Also, a reflection electrode(118) is formed with a non-transparent metal and contacts with the drain electrode. The reflection electrode has a penetration hole(120). A pixel electrode(116) contacting with the drain electrode is formed with a transparent conductive material. The pixel electrode hides the penetration hole formed in the reflection electrode.
