PURPOSE: A damper clutch of a torque converter for a vehicle improves response by reducing the time for the release movement thereof. CONSTITUTION: A fluid guiding member for guiding the flow of the inflow of fluid to the second chamber(28) and applying pressure on a clutch plate(18) is formed on the inside surface of a front housing(2) and the outside surface of the clutch plate(18) in the second chamber(28). If fluid is flowed into the second chamber(28) for releasing, the pressure of the fluid is applied to the clutch plate(18) along the slant surfaces of the first and second blades, respectively. Thus, the release of a damper clutch is possible even though the fluid is not completely filled in the second chamber(28), thereby reducing releasing time.
