PURPOSE: A beaded plate of a heat exchanger and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to transmit heat efficiently by moving refrigerant evenly, and to compact the heat exchanger by forming a variable inlet and outlet restricting unit. CONSTITUTION: A beaded plate(12) of a heat exchanger is extended vertically, and flattened. The beaded plate comprises a boss(19) having two holes(24,26) extended; a surface(28) extended vertically; an inlet and an outlet(30,32) partitioned horizontally, and divided by a wall(34) to flow through a channel of the beaded plate; first beads(36) extended vertically in the surface, and separated; and second beads(38) formed in the inlet or the outlet. Restricting parts are formed in the inlet and the outlet with forming second beads to restrict flow of refrigerant. Flow rate of refrigerant is increased with operating a moving header(18) as a plenum system. The heat transfer efficiency is improved with forming the variable restricting part in the inlet or the outlet.
