HEAT EXCHANGER MOUNTED IN WALL OF BOILER FURNACE WITH TUBES AND INLET AND OUTLET FORMED IN BOTTOM

PURPOSE: A heat exchanger mounted in a wall of a boiler furnace is provided to improve reliability by installing the heat exchanger in the wall of the boiler furnace, and to lengthen a life span and cut down expenses by preventing thermal stress deformation with simple structure. CONSTITUTION: Tubes(7) are extended vertically between the bottom(B) and the top(H) of a heat exchanger(5). Steam is heated and circulated between a heat exchanger tube inlet and a heat exchanger tube outlet. Tubes have U-shaped bent parts in the upper part of the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger inlet and the heat exchanger outlet are arranged in the bottom of the heat exchanger, and the heat exchanger is installed in a vertical screen wall(M) of a boiler furnace in a power station. The tubes of the heat exchanger are arranged in the plane parallel with the screen wall to form rising and falling circulation alternately and individually. The reliability is improved with mounting the heat exchanger in the screen wall of the boiler furnace.
