PURPOSE: To improve the thermal conductivity of raw material powder at the time of baking and to execute the production of an amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder molded body in a short time. CONSTITUTION: As to this production, raw material powder has been previously molded, and the obtd. preliminarily molded body is heated without executing pressurizing to form an amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder molded body. Concretely, raw material powder composed of amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder 3, glass whose softening point is lower than the crystallization starting temp. of the amorphous soft magnetic alloy and a bindable resin is pressurized in a die for preliminary molding to form a preliminarily molded body by the binding force of the bindable resin, the obtd. preliminarily molded body is baked at a temp. higher than the softening point of the glass and lower than the crystallization starting temp. of the amorphous soft magnetic alloy, and the amorphous soft magnetic alloy particles are joined via the glass, by which an amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder molded body is produced.
