PURPOSE: A transflective liquid crystal display device is provided, which has no electric field distortion and has a simple process. CONSTITUTION: An array substrate for an LCD comprises a gate line(111) and a data line(113), and a pixel region(P) and a thin film transistor(T). The pixel region is defined by crossing the gate line and the data line and comprises a transmission part(D) and a reflection part(E). The thin film transistor comprises a gate electrode(119) projected toward one direction from the gate line and the data line, and a source electrode(121) and a drain electrode(123) separated each other on an upper part of the gate electrode. The reflection part of the pixel region comprises a reflection electrode(117) having a transmission hole(115), and a pixel electrode(129) is formed by forming a transparent electrode on an upper part of the reflection electrode.
