PURPOSE: A fuel filler cap is provided to prevent leakage of fuel to the outside and escape of the fuel filler cap by continuously maintaining a male screw screwed to a fuel injection pipe. CONSTITUTION: A fuel filler cap includes a fuel filler cap body(1), a cover part(4) having a male screw(5) screwed with a female screw of a fuel injection pipe, a spring supporting body(8) having an end fixed to a main body and the other end located between elastic sections(7) of the cover part, a compression spring(9) elastically hold in a direction that two elastic sections are opened from both sides of the spring supporting body, a bar(10) having an end fixed on the outer surface of the elastic section on the same shaft as the compression spring and the other end penetrating a cylindrical part(3) of the fuel filler cap body, push buttons(11) fixed on the bar and a packing(14) mounted on a lower end of the cylindrical part of the fuel filler cap body.
