PURPOSE: A bush for a shock absorber absorbs impact and vibration which are not absorbed to a coil spring and a shock absorber and transmitted to a vehicle by using fluid and porous material. CONSTITUTION: A bush comprises an upper cover(9), a lower cover(11), a separating member and a porous shock absorbing material(25). The separating member includes many separation walls having oil paths(23) formed thereon. The porous shock absorbing material(25) encircles a piston rod(5) and contains oil. Thus, if vibration is transmitted through the piston rod(5) after not being absorbed at a coil spring and a shock absorber, the vibration is absorbed in the upper and lower covers(9,11) by the vibration absorbing performance of the shock absorbing material(25).
