PURPOSE: A fan shroud is provided to increase the wind amount of air passing through a condenser and a radiator when a fan is rotating for cooling a working fluid to a lower temperature, thereby increasing the cooling effect of a vehicle room and preventing the overheating of an engine by lowering the temperature of cooling water. CONSTITUTION: A fan shroud(10) includes a rib(15) formed along an outer end periphery for blocking a gap(12) between a radiator(11) and the fan shroud for preventing the introduction of air via the gap when the air passes through a condenser and the radiator by the rotation of the fan by a motor, wherein the rib includes a thin connection part to connect a free end of the rib to the shroud rotatably with elasticity, an extension part extended from the connection part outwardly by a predetermined length, and a contacting part for contacting a contact surface of the radiator when the radiator contacts an end part of the extension part.
