APPARATUS FOR INJECTING RAW MATERIALS OF REFINING FURNACE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for injecting raw materials is provided to improve quality by injecting the raw materials so that raw materials such as alloy iron and subsidiary raw materials are injected into the refining furnace as they are being dispersed in a refining furnace so as to prevent chemical erosion and mechanical abrasion of partially eroded bricks. CONSTITUTION: In a refining furnace (100) at the inside of which refractory bricks (101) constructed, and on the upper part of which a top lance (110) is vertically mounted, wherein a diagonally inclined raw material injection pipe (120) is installed so that alloy iron and subsidiary raw materials are injected, the apparatus for injecting raw materials of a refining furnace comprises an external pipe (10) installed rotationally for the top lance (110) with being inserted into the top lance (110); a flap plate attached to the lower part of the external pipe (10) in the radial direction with spaced apart from in a certain distance; a driven gear (12) installed at the outer side of the upper part of the external pipe (10); a driving gear (13) geared into the driven gear (12); and a driving motor (14) for rotating the driving gear (13).
