PURPOSE: A process dynamic controller and a method thereof are provided to control a process in real time, and to promptly redrive the process in case that the process is abnormally terminated by controlling process information every time an execution state of the process is changed. CONSTITUTION: A process dynamic controller is composed of a process redriver(301), a processor monitor(302), a process terminal(303), a process reredriver(304), a process driving information storage(305) and a process information table(306). The process redriver(301) generates and executes an application process and records execution information on the application process in the process information table(306). The process monitor(302) refers to the process information table(306). The process terminal(303) performs a function for terminating processes under execution. The process reredriver(304) performs a function for reexecuting a process terminated. The process driving information storage(305) includes execution program information which each application process would execute. The process information table(306) maintains information on IDs of each process, an execution state, a termination state, an abnormal state and so on.
