CONVECTION DEVICE OF MICROWAVE OVEN

PURPOSE: A convection device of a microwave oven is provided to evenly heat food with uniformly distributed heat by forming smooth airflows in a cavity. CONSTITUTION: A convection device comprises a heater chamber(22) installed in one side of a cavity(20), an axial flow fan(24) installed in the heater chamber, and an entrance(26) whose middle portion(23) is closed to flow in and out air between the heater chamber and the cavity via the axial flow fan. As the middle portion of the entrance corresponding to the center of the axial flow fan is closed, a counterflow of air in the middle portion of the entrance is avoided. Therefore, smooth airflows are formed and heat is uniformly supplied into the cavity. Further, the time of cooking is reduced with the uniform temperature distribution in the cavity.
