PURPOSE: A method for managing information of a cellular phone is provided to process information on the Internet and provide information to the cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A web synchronous server identifies a log-in and a secret number of a user, and judges whether the user is a registered subscriber(S12). If the user is the registered subscriber, the web synchronous server permits a connection and provides a program menu for managing personal information of the subscriber to a web browser of the first or the second computer(S13). If a request signal is transmitted for providing a personal information menu from the web synchronous server to a cellular phone of the subscriber connected with the first or the second computer, a wireless web synchronous server calls a corresponding cellular phone and identifies a secret number of the called cellular phone. The cellular phone called through a wireless network judges that it is a service option for requesting a web synchronous function and the identified secret number is correct(S14). If the identified secret number is correct, editing information of the called cellular phone is uploaded to the web synchronous server through the wireless web synchronous server. Uploaded information is compared with information stored in the web synchronous server(S15). The user of the first or the second computer performs an edition such as registration, deletion, or correction of personal information through a web browser(S16). If the edition is completed, the web synchronous server transmits edited information to the wireless web synchronous server and downloads edited information to the cellular phone through the wireless network(S17). The cellular phone transmits a response message to the wireless web synchronous server, and the wireless web synchronous server informs that it is successfully downloaded to the web synchronous server through a gateway Internet to the cellular phone(S18).
