SAFETY DEVICE OF AUTOMATIC DOOR FOR LATH OF MACHINE TOOL

PURPOSE: A safety device of an automatic door is provided to unconditionally open the automatic door when foreign substances are held and to automatically open the automatic door without inputting a signal from a sensor for detecting an automatic door closing. CONSTITUTION: A safety device comprises a sensor for detecting an automatic door closing(11) to output a closed state of an automatic door(2) by turning on when the automatic door(2) is completely closed; a sensor for detecting an automatic door opening(12) to output an opened state of the automatic door(2) by turning on when the automatic door(2) is opened completely; a manual control switch(30) to open the automatic door(2) according to a users control; a controller to control pneumatic pressure into a cylinder through a solenoid valve(13) when the sensors(11,12) are turned off and the manual control switch(30) is operated; and a cylinder(14) to open the automatic door by the pneumatic pressure. Without inputting the signal from the sensor(11) within a predetermined time, the controller controls solenoid valve(13) to automatically open the automatic door(2).
