PURPOSE: To provide a shampoo machine capable of keeping the neck of person to be shampooed warm with a neck holding member during shampooing. CONSTITUTION: A water passage A1 for retaining warmth of neck holding part is provided in the middle of a hot water/cold water supply path for passing warm water in a hot water tank through a shower head and a nozzle head, and the piping of the water passage A1 for retaining warmth of neck holding part is performed in contact with the lower surface of an elastic neck holding member 3 composed of an elastic material such as rubber. By supplying the warm water in the hot water tank to the hot water/cold water supply path A, the warm water can be passed to the water passage A1 for retaining warmth of neck holding part in contact with the lower surface of the neck holding member 3 and the person to be shampooed can be kept warm around the neck with warm water passed through the neck holding member 3 to the water passage A1 for retaining warmth of neck holding part.
