PURPOSE: An optical fiber block, apparatus and method for fabricating the optical fiber block are provided, which includes a slide core capable of easily setting and replacing a core pin required for forming a through hole through which optical fibers will be placed and uses the slide core as a mold for forming the optical fiber block. CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber block packing a plurality of optical fibers therein includes a body, a plurality of through holes(104) through which the optical fibers penetrates the body, and an opening into which the optical fibers are inserted to reach the through holes. The through holes are formed at one side of the body. The optical fiber block further has a portion(108) into which an adhesive material is put to fix the optical fibers that pass through the through holes and opening.
